Disassembled mobile formworks OR-1.5
The disassembled mobile formworks OR-1.5 are intended for performance of works for installation of new and replacement of old pipelines along with the subsequent installation of precast concrete rings .

Reinforced concrete rings are installed inside the formworks. The formworks are to be lifted by means of two hydraulic cylinders along with support of a power beam onto the reinforced concrete ring. As the formworks are protruded cavities are formed between the ring and the formworks to be filled with the backfilled soil. Then the following ring is to be installed. After that, the cycle is to be repeated.
Description of operation stages when the formworks OR-1.5 are used:

The first belt of the OR-1.5 formworks is located on the axis of the old pipeline to be replaced or new one is to be installed with the aid of a “puncture” method. |

Soil excavation inside the OR-1.5 formworks with gradual deepening down to elevation of old or new pipelines. Formworks belts are enlarged as they are lowered to the required (designed) depth. |

Installation of MNB-50 equipment in OR-1.5 formworks. Hydraulic station connection to power block MNB-50. |
